Benefits: 1099 commission payments (where allowed by
state law) others receive W-2 commission payments. Those associates receiving
W-2 commission payments may qualify for benefits as full time
employees.

to professionals:
Ask about our
unique CLA (Corporate
Loan Associate) program whereby you
can recruit professionals, i.e.,
Realtors, Accountants, Attorneys, Doctors, Financial
Planners, and others that come in
contact with people needing mortgage
financing. A CLA can be hired as a
W-2 employee and paid 20% of the
commissions, by participating with
you in qualifying the prospect and
taking the prospects loan
application.
