Branch's originating 0-10 funded loans per month pay a flat per month branch fee of $1,500 (that's $150 per funded loan). Branch's originating and funding more than 10 loans per calendar month, are charged an admin fee of $200 on those loans in excess of the 10 loans to help defray administrative costs with high volume branches.

2. Pseudo Associate Branch Manager    click here > | PABM |
No monthly fee: A flat per loan fee of $395 + 10% of the overage: Overage is described as the proceeds from the funded loan over $4,500.
Example: Proceeds up to $4,500  = $395 Flat Admin. Fee.
Example: Proceeds up to $5,500  = $395 Flat Admin. Fee + $100 = a Total Admin. Fee of $495.00
You are paid 100% of the balance as per the PABM agreement.
